1. Description of Services

RutaLog is a logistics platform and route directory that provides route planning solutions for local general cargo transport in an express courier regime. The platform is intended especially for small entrepreneurs to optimize their delivery processes from home to customers in the region. Services include route generation, time estimates, and logistics support based on GPS technology. We do not provide physical transport, homeopathy, medicine, or treatment services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Rights and Obligations of the User (Client):

• To provide correct and complete information for route generation.
• To use the platform legally and not to use it for fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
• To be solely responsible for the content of the data entered and for the accuracy of customer addresses.

Rights and Obligations of RutaLog (Provider):

• To provide access to the platform and to the basic route planning functionalities.
• To maintain and update the platform to ensure proper operation, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
• To protect the confidentiality of user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". RutaLog assumes no liability for:

• Delays, losses, or damages resulting from deliveries performed by third parties based on the suggested routes.
• Consequences of using information generated by the platform (e.g., transit time estimates) that may be affected by external factors (traffic, weather conditions).
• Business losses, loss of revenue, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 6 months.

4. Conditions for Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform, without prior notice, if they violate these terms, use the services abusively, or for illegal activities. The user may cease using the platform at any time by simply stopping access.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to periodically check this page.
